We open our doors to you every day and offer you a full range of services. – The gym (under the supervision of a trainer) is equipped with modern, safe and effective equipment that allows you to work on different muscle groups and achieve your goals. – Cardio-zone – this is your opportunity to strengthen the cardiovascular system, improve lung function, increase endurance and lose weight without any excessive effort. – Martial arts zone – contributes to the powerful effect of fat loss, relieves stress, strengthens the muscles of the spine, legs, buttocks, arms, press! Work with boxing shells develops endurance, improves reaction and coordination of movements. – Group training sessions with aerobics classes, yoga, Pilates and stretching allow you to choose a program with the required level of dynamic load and achieve the desired result in the shortest time possible. Exercises in the gym need to be monitored by a professional in order to avoid injury and improve your result. That is why in our gym there is a duty trainer who is always ready to help you. The gym is equipped with modern, safe and effective equipment that allows you to work on different muscle groups and achieve your goals. When you first visit the gym, our instructors will give you a mandatory briefing. The hall is equipped with a variety of exercise equipment designed to work out individual muscle groups and give your body perfect forms. The zone of free weights is located near the zone of power trainers and is represented by dumbbells, barbells, discs of various weights.
CARDIO ZONE
Cardio zone is your opportunity to strengthen the cardiovascular system, improve lung function, increase endurance and lose weight. The treadmill is one of the most popular and effective cardiovascular machines, as it promotes rapid weight loss and develops cardio-endurance. The elliptical trainer is a hybrid of a stepper, exercise bike and a treadmill. This simulator allows you to use all the major muscle groups: the muscles of the legs, buttocks, abs and back while there is no load on the knee joints and ankle. The exercise bike is available to people of all ages and levels of physical fitness, and is also safe for health, as it does not harm the joints. Training on the exercise bike will help increase the body’s endurance, strengthen the muscles of the thighs and lower legs, improve the work of the cardiovascular system.
HALL OF GROUP TRAINING
Group fitness is, first of all, a team of like-minded people, which provides support and incentive to continue training. We present you the following areas of step aerobics, power classes, dance classes, classical aerobics, stretching and breathing, yoga, and many others. Yoga is the easiest and most affordable way to heal the body and spirit, the best way to cope with stress and relieve stress. Stretching is a type of aerobics, which is a set of stretching exercises. Zumba is a modern fitness for young and active people, combining aerobic and dance components. Circuit training is a simple, affordable way to health, a perfect figure, and a flat stomach. MARTIAL ARTS ZONE
Here everything is subject to comfortable and safe martial arts. We have taken care of your safety: throughout the martial arts area we have made a special soft covering that protects from bruises during falls, here you can spend time with benefit, deliver and work out the blow, develop coordination and endurance.
PERSONAL TRAINER
Personal training is an ideal solution for those who value their time and want to get a guaranteed result. The instructor builds an individual training program, according to which you can continue to study independently. But before you make a program, he will find out the level of your training, state of health and lifestyle. The personal trainer will not allow to be lazy, will explain from a professional point of view, when and what results should be expected, will support and become an incentive in achieving the intended goal. And, finally, it is a pleasant interlocutor, with whom you can enjoy your achievements together and share your doubts. All instructors at Fitness-Hall AVRORA have proven to be true professionals in their field. They will find an approach to any Guest, and together with you they will strive to achieve the assigned tasks.
TRAINING PROGRAM
The training program is made individually for you, taking into account your wishes and characteristics of the body. As a rule, one month is enough to understand whether this plan works for you or not. If within a month no changes have occurred and you are sure that the plan is to blame for everything, then you need to change it. Sometimes, in order to understand this, 2 weeks is enough. But no less. In addition, you must be sure that there are no shifts precisely because of an inappropriate program. After all, maybe you eat wrong. In the event that the program showed a good result at the beginning, but after 1.5 -2 months you began to notice that progress slowed down significantly – change the program.
